What Our Work Together Looks Like

Coaching with me is simple and flexible. We’ll meet virtually on Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home (no commuting or extra stress). Each session is designed to fit you typically lasting 30–60 minutes giving us the space to focus on your goals while also working at a pace that feels supportive.

Every coaching journey is unique. When we meet, we’ll explore your story, your health goals, and the daily rhythms of your life. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels supportive and not overwhelming.

In my experience some clients want to focus on food and digestion. Some want accountability around exercise, sleep, or adapting to a new diagnose chronic condition. Others just want help reducing stress, finding balance, or simply learning how to listen to their body.

Whatever you bring to the table, I’ll meet you there.

Available Coaching Options

Begin with a 60-minute foundation session and continue with 30-minute follow-ups. Sessions are held virtually (Zoom or Google Meet) or in person, with packages designed to support your goals for short-term guidance or long-term wellness.
